The Start of my Reiki Journey

This year I started my journey in Reiki.

With each level brought an awareness to feelings that had been building inside me.

1st Degree brought to light my Sacral chakra.
2nd Degree focused on my Throat chakra.

Both areas – I’m still working on. But it feels good to have found a practice I can completely resonate with.

When I first started learning about Reiki – a part of me was like, “Is this bullshit or what?” But I can’t deny the effect it’s had on me and how it’s helped me to come closer to myself. To finally feel at home.

I’m excited to continue developing my practice and to share more!
